Community Guidelines

Last Updated: October 1, 2026

CoyWink is an adult social and lifestyle community where adults can connect, communicate, explore interests, and express themselves openly.

Our community includes people with different interests, relationships, identities, preferences, boundaries, and levels of experience. You do not have to share another member's interests, but you are expected to respect their boundaries, privacy, safety, and right to consent.

These Community Guidelines apply to your entire use of CoyWink, including profiles, usernames, photographs, videos, posts, comments, groups, events, messages, and other interactions or content.

By using CoyWink, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines as well as our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Adults Only

CoyWink is strictly for adults who are at least 18 years old.

You may not:

  • Create or maintain an account if you are under 18.
  • Allow a person under 18 to access or use your account.
  • Create an account on behalf of a person under 18.
  • Upload photographs, videos, audio, or other sexual or sexually suggestive content depicting anyone under 18.
  • Sexualize minors.
  • Role-play as a minor in a sexual context.
  • Request, distribute, promote, or link to sexual content involving minors.
  • Attempt to contact minors for sexual purposes through CoyWink.
  • Promote or normalize sexual activity between adults and minors.

If we reasonably believe that a member is under 18, we may immediately restrict or suspend the account and request age verification.

If you encounter content that you believe depicts sexual exploitation of a minor or otherwise involves a minor in prohibited sexual content, do not download, save, redistribute, or share the content. Report it immediately.

CoyWink may report apparent child sexual abuse material or suspected child exploitation to the appropriate authorities or organizations as required or permitted by law.

2. Consent Is Required

Consent is fundamental to CoyWink.

Sexual interests, kink, BDSM, role-play, alternative relationships, and other adult activities discussed or depicted on CoyWink must involve consenting adults.

You may not use CoyWink to promote, facilitate, threaten, encourage, or depict as real any nonconsensual sexual activity.

Consensual fantasy or role-play between adults may be permitted where it is clear that the participants are adults and the content does not otherwise violate these Guidelines.

A person's interests, profile, photographs, clothing, relationship status, past interactions, or participation in CoyWink never constitute consent to sexual activity, sexual messages, harassment, touching, recording, or sharing their content.

Consent to one activity does not mean consent to another.

Consent may be withdrawn.

3. Intimate Photos, Videos, and Recordings

You may only upload intimate or sexual photographs, videos, recordings, or other media when you have the legal right and necessary consent to share that content.

If another identifiable person appears in intimate content you upload, you are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Every person depicted was at least 18 when the content was created.
  • Every person depicted consented to the creation of the content where consent was legally required.
  • You have permission or another lawful right to upload and distribute the content on CoyWink.

Never upload intimate content of another person without their permission.

This includes content involving:

  • Former partners
  • Current partners
  • Spouses
  • Friends
  • Other CoyWink members
  • People recorded without their knowledge
  • Content obtained privately
  • Content obtained from another website or service

Having possession of a photograph or video does not necessarily give you the right to publish it.

4. Nonconsensual Intimate Content

CoyWink prohibits nonconsensual intimate imagery.

You may not post, threaten to post, distribute, or attempt to distribute intimate images or videos of another person without authorization.

This includes so-called revenge pornography, leaked intimate images, secretly recorded sexual activity, stolen intimate media, and other intimate content distributed without authorization.

Threatening to expose or distribute someone's intimate content in order to intimidate, embarrass, punish, extort, or control that person is also prohibited.

CoyWink may remove reported content, restrict accounts, preserve relevant records, and take other appropriate action.

Individuals depicted in intimate content may contact support@coywink.com to request assistance or removal.

5. AI-Generated and Manipulated Intimate Content

You may not create, upload, distribute, or promote realistic intimate or sexual content that depicts an identifiable real person without that person's consent.

This includes:

  • Sexual deepfakes
  • AI-generated nude images of real people
  • Digitally altered intimate photographs
  • Face-swapped sexual content
  • Other realistic synthetic sexual media portraying a real person

Clearly fictional or synthetic adult content may be permitted when it does not depict or impersonate a real person without authorization and otherwise complies with these Guidelines.

6. Respect Other Members' Privacy

CoyWink members may participate using usernames, pseudonyms, limited photographs, or other methods intended to protect their identities.

Respect those choices.

You may not disclose another person's private or identifying information without permission.

This can include:

  • Legal name
  • Home address
  • Personal phone number
  • Personal email address
  • Workplace
  • Employer
  • Precise location
  • Financial information
  • Government identification
  • Private social media accounts
  • Family information
  • Other information capable of identifying or locating someone

Attempting to expose the identity of another CoyWink member, commonly referred to as doxxing, is prohibited.

7. What Happens on CoyWink Should Be Treated With Respect

Do not repost another member's private or limited-audience CoyWink content outside its intended audience without permission.

This may include:

  • Photographs
  • Videos
  • Profile information
  • Private messages
  • Screenshots
  • Posts
  • Comments
  • Private group content
  • Event information

CoyWink cannot technically prevent someone from taking a screenshot or copying information they can access. That does not mean doing so is permitted under our rules.

Members should understand that CoyWink cannot guarantee that another person will comply with these rules once information has been shared with them.

8. Harassment, Stalking, and Threats

CoyWink is not a place to intimidate or terrorize other people.

You may not:

  • Repeatedly contact someone after they have clearly asked you to stop.
  • Circumvent another member's block.
  • Create additional accounts to continue contacting someone who blocked you.
  • Stalk another member.
  • Threaten physical or sexual violence.
  • Threaten someone's family, employment, relationships, or safety.
  • Blackmail or extort another person.
  • Threaten to expose someone's participation on CoyWink.
  • Threaten to release intimate photographs, conversations, or identifying information.
  • Encourage others to harass another person.
  • Coordinate targeted harassment.

Disagreement is allowed. Abuse and intimidation are not.

9. Sexual Solicitation, Trafficking, and Exploitation

CoyWink is an adult social community. It is not a marketplace for illegal sexual services.

You may not use CoyWink to:

  • Buy or sell sexual acts where prohibited by law.
  • Arrange prostitution or other unlawful commercial sexual activity.

  • Facilitate human trafficking.
  • Exploit another person for commercial sexual purposes.
  • Advertise or facilitate sexual activity involving coercion or force.
  • Recruit, transport, harbor, obtain, or control another person for unlawful sexual exploitation.

CoyWink may report suspected trafficking, exploitation, or other serious criminal activity where required or permitted by law.

10. No Impersonation or Deceptive Accounts

Do not pretend to be someone you are not in order to deceive, defraud, harass, or harm others.

You may not:

  • Impersonate another real person.
  • Create an account using another person's identity without authorization.
  • Impersonate CoyWink staff or moderators.
  • Falsely claim to represent CoyWink.
  • Falsely claim verification or credentials you do not possess.
  • Operate accounts intended to scam or defraud members.

Using a pseudonym, scene name, nickname, or anonymous identity is permitted as long as you are not using it to deceptively impersonate another person.

11. Scams, Fraud, and Financial Abuse

Do not use CoyWink to scam, defraud, or financially exploit other members.

Prohibited activity includes:

  • Romance scams
  • Financial scams
  • Fraudulent investment opportunities
  • Phishing
  • Account theft
  • Requests for passwords or authentication codes
  • Blackmail
  • Extortion
  • Fraudulent fundraising
  • Identity theft
  • Payment fraud
  • Intentionally deceptive commercial offers

Be cautious when anyone you meet online requests money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, banking information, or other financial assistance.

12. Hate, Abuse, and Discrimination

CoyWink welcomes adults from many backgrounds, identities, communities, and lifestyles.

Content or conduct that attacks, threatens, dehumanizes, or promotes violence against people based on legally protected characteristics may be removed and may result in account restrictions.

Discussions of consensual adult fantasies or role-play may involve language or themes that would be offensive outside that context. CoyWink may consider context, consent, audience, and intent when reviewing such content.

Using kink, fantasy, or role-play as a pretext to target or harass unwilling members is not permitted.

13. Violence and Dangerous Conduct

You may not use CoyWink to make credible threats of violence, coordinate real-world violence, or encourage serious physical harm against another person.

Consensual adult kink may involve discussions or depictions of activities that carry physical risk. CoyWink does not endorse, supervise, or guarantee the safety of activities discussed by members.

Members are responsible for understanding their own boundaries, risks, health considerations, and applicable laws.

14. Illegal Goods and Activity

You may not use CoyWink to facilitate criminal activity or transactions involving goods or services that are illegal to buy, possess, sell, or distribute.

This includes using CoyWink to facilitate unlawful transactions involving controlled substances, stolen property, fraudulent documents, illegal weapons, or other prohibited goods or services.

15. Spam and Unwanted Commercial Activity

Do not use CoyWink primarily to spam, scrape, mass-message, or aggressively solicit members.

You may not:

  • Send repetitive unsolicited promotional messages.
  • Create automated accounts.
  • Mass-message members using automated systems.
  • Scrape member profiles or information.
  • Harvest email addresses or other contact information.
  • Sell CoyWink member information.
  • Use member information for unauthorized marketing.
  • Operate phishing or malicious links.
  • Manipulate engagement through bots or coordinated fake accounts.

CoyWink may establish designated areas or features for businesses, creators, events, organizations, or commercial activity.

16. Intellectual Property

Only upload content that you own or have the legal right to share.

Do not upload photographs, videos, writing, artwork, trademarks, or other copyrighted material in violation of another person's rights.

CoyWink may remove content in response to valid intellectual-property complaints and may restrict or terminate accounts belonging to repeat infringers.

Copyright concerns may be reported to support@coywink.com.

17. Malware, Hacking, and Platform Abuse

You may not interfere with the operation or security of CoyWink.

  • Automated scraping.
  • Creating accounts through unauthorized automation.
  • Attempting to overwhelm or disrupt CoyWink's infrastructure.
  • Exploiting security vulnerabilities for malicious purposes.
  • Attempting to obtain information that you are not authorized to access.

If you discover a potential security vulnerability, please report it to support@coywink.com rather than exploiting or publicly disclosing it in a way that could harm members.

18. Events and In-Person Meetings

CoyWink may allow members to create, promote, discover, or discuss events and in-person meetings.

CoyWink does not organize, supervise, investigate, certify, or guarantee member-created events or meetings unless we expressly state otherwise.

Members are responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to meet another person.

Meeting someone through CoyWink does not mean CoyWink has verified that person's identity, intentions, background, health status, criminal history, or representations.

Exercise appropriate judgment when meeting anyone you first encounter online.

19. Profiles and Account Information

Your account is for your use unless CoyWink specifically provides a feature permitting another type of account.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

Do not knowingly provide materially false information for the purpose of bypassing safety, verification, moderation, or eligibility requirements.

CoyWink may request additional information or verification if reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, impersonation, age concerns, safety issues, or violations of these Guidelines.

20. Blocking Does Not Replace Reporting

Blocking can help prevent unwanted communication, but serious misconduct should also be reported to CoyWink.

Consider reporting conduct involving:

  • Threats
  • Stalking
  • Harassment
  • Blackmail
  • Extortion
  • Nonconsensual intimate content
  • Suspected minors
  • Child sexual exploitation
  • Trafficking
  • Impersonation
  • Scams
  • Credible threats of violence
  • Other serious violations

Reports may be submitted through available reporting features or to support@coywink.com.

21. Enforcement

CoyWink may investigate suspected violations of these Community Guidelines, our Terms of Use, or applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • Remove content.
  • Limit the visibility of content.
  • Issue a warning.
  • Restrict features.
  • Require verification.
  • Temporarily suspend an account.
  • Permanently terminate an account.
  • Prevent the creation of replacement accounts.
  • Preserve relevant information.
  • Cooperate with lawful investigations.
  • Report matters to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

Enforcement decisions may take into account the nature and severity of the conduct, context, previous violations, risk to other members, and applicable legal obligations.

CoyWink is not required to use progressively stronger penalties before terminating an account. Serious violations may result in immediate removal.

22. Circumventing Enforcement

If CoyWink suspends, restricts, or terminates your account, you may not create another account or use another person's account to circumvent that action without CoyWink's permission.

Accounts created to evade enforcement may also be terminated.

23. Content Removal

CoyWink may remove, restrict, disable, or refuse to distribute content that violates these Guidelines, our Terms of Use, applicable law, or presents a safety or security concern.

The fact that particular content remains available does not mean CoyWink has reviewed, approved, endorsed, or determined that the content complies with these Guidelines.

CoyWink cannot review every piece of content before it is published.

24. Emergency Situations

CoyWink is not an emergency service.

If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services or law enforcement agency in your location.

Do not rely on a report submitted to CoyWink as a substitute for emergency assistance.

25. Reporting Violations

If you believe a member or piece of content violates these Community Guidelines, please use CoyWink's available reporting tools or contact:

support@coywink.com

When reporting something, provide enough information for us to identify the account, content, or interaction involved.

For your own safety, do not redistribute illegal or potentially illegal sexual content in order to report it.

26. Changes to These Guidelines

CoyWink may update these Community Guidelines as the community, our services, or applicable laws change.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.

Material changes may also be communicated through CoyWink or by other appropriate means.

27. A Community Built Around Respect and Consent

CoyWink exists to give adults a place to connect and express themselves without requiring everyone to have the same interests, preferences, relationships, or experiences.

That freedom depends on respecting other people's boundaries.

Be an adult. Respect consent. Protect people's privacy. Accept “no.” Don't exploit others. Don't involve minors. And don't use CoyWink to harm people.

If you're unsure whether something crosses the line, don't post it or send it until you're sure.
