DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last updated: August 16, 2026

Coywink respects copyright and expects members to post only content they have the right to post. If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, follow the process below.

Takedown notices

Send your notice to support@coywink.com with the subject “DMCA takedown”. To be valid it must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or a representative list).
  2. The URL or precise location on the platform of the material you want removed.
  3. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We review valid notices promptly, remove or disable access to the material, and notify the member who posted it.

Counter-notifications

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notification to support@coywink.com including: identification of the removed material and where it appeared, your name, address, and phone number, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your consent to the jurisdiction of your local courts, and your signature. Unless the original claimant files a court action, removed material may be restored within 10–14 business days.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are terminated. We track valid takedowns per account and apply this policy consistently.

Misuse

Knowingly filing a false takedown or counter-notification can make you liable for damages. Do not use this process to target lawful content you simply dislike — including lawful adult content.
