Consent & Intimate Content Policy

CoyWink is an adult community built around personal expression, sexuality, kink, relationships, and connection. Because members may share intimate or sexually explicit content, consent is fundamental to our community.

This Consent & Intimate Content Policy explains the standards that apply when creating, uploading, sharing, or distributing intimate content through CoyWink.

This Policy applies to photographs, videos, audio, livestreams, posts, messages, profile content, digitally created content, and other media shared through CoyWink.

It supplements our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.

1. Adults Only

Every person depicted or participating in sexual or sexually explicit content shared on CoyWink must have been at least 18 years old when the content was created.

There are no exceptions.

You may not upload, request, distribute, promote, link to, or otherwise make available sexual or sexually suggestive content involving anyone under 18.

You may not use CoyWink to sexualize minors or create sexual content portraying a real minor.

If CoyWink reasonably believes that a person depicted in content may have been under 18 when the content was created, we may immediately remove or restrict the content and account while the matter is reviewed.

CoyWink may require age or identity verification and may report suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse as required or permitted by law.

2. Consent Is Required

You may only upload intimate or sexual content involving another identifiable person when you have that person's permission or otherwise have the lawful right to distribute the content.

By uploading such content to CoyWink, you represent and warrant that:

• Every person depicted was at least 18 years old when the content was created.
• The content was lawfully created.
• Each person depicted consented to being recorded where consent was legally required.
• You have the necessary permission or legal rights to upload and distribute the content through CoyWink.
• The content does not violate another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other legal rights.

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any consent or documentation necessary for content you upload.

CoyWink's acceptance of an upload does not mean CoyWink has independently verified consent, ownership, age, or legality.

3. Consent to Create Is Not Necessarily Consent to Share

Agreeing to be photographed or recorded does not automatically mean someone has agreed to have that content published on CoyWink.

Likewise, consenting to share content privately with one person does not necessarily mean that person has permission to publish or redistribute it.

Before uploading intimate content involving another person, make sure you have permission to share that content with the audience that will be able to access it.

When there is reasonable doubt about whether you have permission, do not upload it.

4. Partners, Spouses, and Couples

Being married to, dating, partnered with, or sexually involved with another person does not automatically give you permission to publish intimate content involving them.

This applies equally to:

• Spouses
• Dating partners
• Kink partners
• Play partners
• Casual partners
• Polyamorous partners
• Former partners
• Friends
• Other CoyWink members

Relationship status does not replace consent.

If you operate a profile as a couple or share content involving a partner, each identifiable adult depicted in intimate content must have authorized the content to be shared.

5. Former Partners

Ending a relationship does not give either person permission to distribute intimate content involving the other person.

You may not upload or distribute intimate photographs, videos, recordings, screenshots, or other sexual content involving an ex-partner without authorization.

Using intimate content to embarrass, punish, threaten, intimidate, expose, or retaliate against a former partner is strictly prohibited.

6. Secret or Unauthorized Recordings

CoyWink prohibits intimate content obtained through hidden cameras, unauthorized recordings, or other circumstances where a person had a reasonable expectation of privacy and did not authorize the recording where consent was required.

This can include secretly recording:

• Sexual activity
• Nudity
• Private conversations
• Video calls
• Changing or dressing
• Bathrooms or bedrooms
• Other intimate situations

You are responsible for complying with applicable recording and privacy laws.

7. Nonconsensual Intimate Imagery

CoyWink prohibits nonconsensual intimate imagery.

You may not upload, share, distribute, threaten to distribute, or facilitate access to intimate content depicting another person without authorization.

This prohibition includes content sometimes described as:

• Revenge pornography
• Leaked intimate content
• Stolen intimate content
• Secretly recorded sexual content
• Unauthorized nude photographs
• Unauthorized sexual videos
• Intimate content originally shared privately and subsequently redistributed without permission

It does not matter whether the content was originally created consensually. Distribution may still be nonconsensual.

8. Threats to Share Intimate Content

You may not threaten to expose, publish, send, or distribute another person's intimate content.

This includes threats intended to:

• Obtain money
• Obtain additional photographs or videos
• Obtain sexual activity
• Prevent someone from ending a relationship
• Force continued communication
• Control another person
• Punish someone
• Embarrass someone
• Reveal someone's identity or participation in CoyWink

Blackmail, sextortion, and similar conduct may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

9. AI, Deepfakes, and Digitally Altered Content

You may not create, upload, distribute, or promote realistic sexual or intimate content that depicts an identifiable real person without that person's consent.

This includes:

• Sexual deepfakes
• AI-generated nude images of real people
• AI-generated sexual images of real people
• Face-swapped pornography
• Digitally altered nude photographs
• Manipulated sexual videos
• Other realistic synthetic intimate media involving an identifiable real person

The fact that an image or video is artificial does not make it acceptable to portray a real person sexually without authorization.

Fictional or synthetic adult content may be permitted when all depicted persons are clearly adults, no real person is being sexually impersonated without consent, and the content otherwise complies with CoyWink's policies and applicable law.

10. Screenshots and Private Communications

Private communication does not automatically become yours to publish simply because you participated in it.

Do not publicly distribute another member's private messages, intimate photographs, private videos, or other private communications in a manner that violates their privacy, exposes their identity, constitutes harassment, or otherwise violates CoyWink's policies or applicable law.

This is especially important when private communications contain sexual content, identifying information, photographs, or information concerning someone's participation in CoyWink.

11. Content From Other Websites

Finding intimate content somewhere else on the internet does not automatically give you permission to upload it to CoyWink.

Do not upload sexual or intimate content simply because it appears on:

• Another social network
• An adult website
• A search engine
• A messaging service
• A subscription platform
• Another CoyWink profile
• A public website

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to distribute the content.

12. Reposting CoyWink Content

Do not copy or redistribute another member's intimate CoyWink content outside its intended audience without authorization.

This includes downloading, screen-recording, screenshotting, copying, or otherwise capturing content for unauthorized redistribution.

CoyWink cannot technically guarantee that another person will not copy content they can view. However, unauthorized redistribution may violate these policies and may violate applicable law.

13. Consent Can Change

Consent is specific to the circumstances in which it was given.

A person may change their mind about having intimate content available on CoyWink.

If someone depicted in intimate content tells you that they no longer consent to you sharing it, you should remove the content promptly.

A depicted person may also contact CoyWink directly to request review or removal.

CoyWink may remove or restrict access to content while evaluating a consent or privacy complaint.

Removal of content from CoyWink does not necessarily determine ownership, liability, or the legality of conduct between the individuals involved.

14. Requests From People Depicted in Content

You do not need to be the person who uploaded content to report intimate content depicting you.

If intimate content depicting you appears on CoyWink and you believe it was posted or distributed without your consent, contact:

Where available, you may also use CoyWink's reporting tools.

Please provide enough information for us to identify the content, such as the username, profile, post, message, URL, screenshot, or other relevant information.

Do not send CoyWink additional copies of illegal content unless specifically requested through an appropriate reporting process.

15. Nonconsensual Intimate Content Removal

CoyWink will maintain a process for receiving reports concerning qualifying nonconsensual intimate visual content as required by applicable law.

A person requesting removal may be asked to provide information reasonably necessary to:

• Identify the content.
• Identify the person depicted.
• Establish that the requester is the person depicted or an authorized representative.
• State that the content was shared without consent.
• Provide information or statements required by applicable law.

CoyWink may remove or disable access to reported content and take reasonable steps concerning known identical copies where required by applicable law.

Submitting a knowingly false or fraudulent removal request is prohibited.

16. Content Involving Suspected Minors

Content that may involve a minor is treated differently from ordinary content disputes.

If you encounter sexual content that you believe depicts someone under 18:

Do not download it.
Do not screenshot it.
Do not forward it.
Do not repost it.
Do not attempt to investigate it yourself.

Report the account or content to CoyWink immediately.

CoyWink may preserve, restrict, remove, and report such content in accordance with applicable law and our legal obligations.

17. Verification

CoyWink may request information reasonably necessary to verify age, identity, account ownership, content ownership, consent, or authorization.

Depending on the circumstances, this could include verification from the account holder or a person depicted in content.

Failure or refusal to provide requested verification may result in content removal or account restrictions.

Verification does not constitute an endorsement of a member or guarantee that all information provided by that member is accurate.

18. Reporting False Consent

Falsely claiming that another person consented to intimate content may result in immediate enforcement action.

Submitting falsified documents, fabricated communications, fraudulent identification, or other deceptive information during a consent investigation is prohibited.

19. Enforcement

Violations of this Policy may result in:

• Content removal
• Content restrictions
• Loss of posting privileges
• Loss of messaging privileges
• Required age or identity verification
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Prevention of replacement accounts
• Preservation of relevant records
• Cooperation with lawful investigations
• Reports to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law

Serious violations may result in immediate termination without a prior warning.

CoyWink may take action based on information reasonably available to us and is not required to resolve private disputes between members before taking measures necessary to protect the community or comply with law.

20. Reporting Does Not Guarantee Confidentiality

CoyWink will seek to handle reports appropriately and limit unnecessary disclosure of sensitive information.

However, we cannot guarantee that every report will remain confidential.

Information concerning a report may need to be preserved, reviewed, disclosed to service providers, provided in response to legal process, or disclosed to authorities where required or permitted by law.

Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive information when making a report.

21. False or Abusive Reports

Do not knowingly submit false reports or abuse CoyWink's reporting systems to harass another member.

A report made in good faith will not violate this rule merely because CoyWink ultimately determines that no violation occurred.

Knowingly fabricating evidence or repeatedly submitting malicious reports may result in account restrictions.

22. Your Responsibility Before Posting

Before uploading intimate content involving another person, ask yourself:

Is everyone depicted an adult?

Did they consent to this content being created?

Do I have permission or the legal right to share it here?

Would they reasonably expect this content to be shared with this audience?

If you cannot confidently answer those questions, do not upload the content.

If someone is in immediate danger or you believe a serious crime is occurring, contact the appropriate emergency services or law enforcement agency in your jurisdiction.

24. Changes to This Policy

CoyWink may update this Consent & Intimate Content Policy as our services, community, or legal obligations change.

When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.

Material changes may also be communicated through CoyWink or another appropriate method.
