Reporting & Content Removal

Last Updated: October 1, 2026

CoyWink is committed to providing adults with a community where they can connect and express themselves while respecting consent, privacy, and personal safety.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates our Community Guidelines, involves you without your consent, threatens someone's safety, or may violate the law, we want you to report it.

You do not need to confront another member before submitting a report.

Certain reports, particularly those involving minors, nonconsensual intimate content, threats, exploitation, or immediate safety concerns, may receive heightened priority.

1. What You Can Report

You may report accounts, content, messages, or behavior involving:

  • Harassment or bullying
  • Threats or intimidation
  • Stalking
  • Blackmail or extortion
  • Nonconsensual intimate images or videos

  • AI-generated or manipulated intimate content depicting a real person without consent
  • Suspected minors
  • Sexual content involving minors
  • Child sexual exploitation
  • Human trafficking or sexual exploitation
  • Impersonation
  • Doxxing or disclosure of private information
  • Scams or fraud
  • Hate or abusive conduct
  • Spam

2. How to Submit a Report

Where reporting tools are available on CoyWink, you may use those tools to report the account or content directly.

You may also contact:

support@coywink.com

When possible, include information that will help us locate and review the issue, such as:

  • Your email address
  • The CoyWink username involved
  • The URL or location of the content
  • The type of content being reported
  • A description of what happened
  • The approximate date and time
  • Any other information reasonably necessary for us to understand the report

Please do not send unnecessary copies of potentially illegal sexual content.

3. You Do Not Need a CoyWink Account to Request Certain Content Removal

If intimate content depicting you appears on CoyWink, you may request removal even if you:

  • Do not have a CoyWink account
  • Deleted your CoyWink account
  • Never uploaded the content
  • Cannot access the account that uploaded the content
  • Previously agreed to the content being created
  • Previously agreed to the content being shared but have concerns about its continued distribution

Contact support@coywink.com and tell us that you are requesting review or removal of intimate content depicting you.

CoyWink may request information reasonably necessary to locate the content, verify your identity or authority to act for the depicted person, and process the request.

4. Nonconsensual Intimate Content Removal Requests

CoyWink prohibits the unauthorized distribution of intimate images and videos.

If an intimate image or video depicting you has been posted on CoyWink without your consent, or if a qualifying intimate depiction of you was digitally created or altered without your consent, you may submit a removal request.

This can include:

  • Nude photographs
  • Sexually explicit photographs
  • Sexually explicit videos
  • Secretly recorded intimate content
  • Intimate content originally shared privately
  • Revenge pornography
  • Leaked intimate content
  • Sexual deepfakes
  • AI-generated intimate depictions
  • Digitally altered intimate images or videos

To submit a request, contact:

support@coywink.com

Please clearly identify the message as an Intimate Content Removal Request.

5. Information for an Intimate Content Removal Request

To help CoyWink process your request, please provide:

Your name and contact information

Provide a way for us to communicate with you regarding the request.

Identification of the content

Provide enough information for CoyWink to locate the image or video. This may include a URL, username, profile, post, message, or other location information.

Identification of the person depicted

Tell us whether you are the person depicted or are legally authorized to act on that person's behalf.

A statement concerning consent

State that you did not consent to the distribution of the intimate content on CoyWink or that the content is a qualifying digitally created or altered intimate depiction.

A good-faith statement

Confirm that the information in your request is accurate and submitted in good faith.

CoyWink may request additional information reasonably necessary to determine whether the request is valid and to locate the content.

6. What CoyWink Will Do With a Valid Intimate Content Removal Request

For qualifying requests subject to applicable law, CoyWink will remove or disable access to the reported intimate visual depiction as required by law.

CoyWink will also make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies where required by applicable law.

For removal requests governed by the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act, qualifying content and known identical copies will be removed as required by the Act, including its applicable 48-hour removal requirement following receipt of a valid removal request.

CoyWink may preserve limited information concerning the report and our response when necessary for legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, enforcement, or documentation of our handling of the request.

7. You Do Not Need to Find Every Copy

If you submit a valid qualifying request concerning nonconsensual intimate content, you do not need to locate and individually report every known identical copy of the same image or video.

Where required by applicable law, CoyWink will make reasonable efforts to identify known identical copies of reported content.

If you discover additional versions, locations, altered versions, or related content, you may provide that information to us.

8. Content Depicting You That You Want Removed

CoyWink believes people should have meaningful control over intimate images and videos depicting them.

If you are identifiable in an intimate photograph or video uploaded by another CoyWink member and you want it removed, contact us.

This applies even when the person who uploaded the content claims that you previously gave permission for it to be posted.

CoyWink may temporarily restrict access to content while reviewing a dispute.

Our decision to remove content does not necessarily constitute a legal determination regarding copyright ownership, consent, liability, or wrongdoing.

9. AI-Generated and Manipulated Intimate Content

You may report realistic sexual or intimate content that uses your likeness without authorization even if the image or video is not authentic.

This can include:

  • AI-generated nude images
  • Sexual deepfakes
  • Face-swapped pornography
  • Digitally altered nude photographs
  • Manipulated sexual videos
  • Other realistic synthetic intimate depictions

When submitting the report, tell us if you believe the content was generated or manipulated.

10. Reports Involving Minors

CoyWink is strictly for adults 18 years of age or older.

If you believe a CoyWink member may be under 18, report the account immediately.

If you encounter sexual content that you believe depicts someone under 18:

Do not download it.

Do not save it.

Do not screenshot it.

Do not forward it.

Do not repost it.

Do not attempt to investigate the person yourself.

Instead, report the account or content immediately through CoyWink's reporting system or contact:

support@coywink.com

Provide information that allows us to locate the content without sending additional copies of the suspected illegal material.

CoyWink may restrict the account or content, preserve relevant information, conduct appropriate review, and make reports to appropriate authorities or organizations as required by applicable law.

11. Harassment, Threats, Stalking, and Extortion

Report behavior involving:

  • Credible threats of violence
  • Threats of sexual violence
  • Stalking
  • Repeated unwanted contact
  • Attempts to circumvent blocking
  • Blackmail
  • Sextortion
  • Threats to expose someone's CoyWink account
  • Threats to distribute intimate content
  • Threats to reveal someone's identity
  • Doxxing
  • Attempts to obtain money, sex, images, or continued contact through threats

When reporting this behavior, provide the relevant username, messages, dates, and other information that will help CoyWink evaluate the situation.

Do not place yourself in danger to collect additional evidence.

12. Immediate Danger

CoyWink is not an emergency service.

If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger, contact emergency services or the appropriate law enforcement agency in your jurisdiction.

Do not wait for CoyWink to respond to a report before seeking emergency assistance.

You may still report the matter to CoyWink so that we can review activity occurring through our services.

13. Human Trafficking and Sexual Exploitation

CoyWink prohibits using the service to facilitate human trafficking, forced sexual activity, sexual exploitation, or other prohibited commercial sexual conduct.

If you believe someone is being exploited or trafficked through CoyWink, report the account or content immediately.

CoyWink may preserve relevant information and cooperate with appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

14. Impersonation and Privacy Reports

You may report an account that is impersonating you or improperly using your identity, photographs, or personal information.

You may also report the unauthorized disclosure of information such as:

  • Your legal name
  • Home address
  • Phone number
  • Personal email address
  • Workplace
  • Precise location
  • Financial information
  • Government identification
  • Other sensitive identifying information

CoyWink may request reasonable information necessary to verify your identity before acting on certain privacy or impersonation requests.

15. Copyright and Intellectual Property Reports

If you believe content on CoyWink infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, you may contact:

support@coywink.com

Copyright complaints may be subject to additional requirements under CoyWink's Copyright and DMCA Policy.

A copyright complaint is different from a consent-based intimate content removal request.

If you are depicted in intimate content, you should identify your request as an Intimate Content Removal Request rather than relying solely on copyright ownership.

16. What Happens After You Submit a Report

After receiving a report, CoyWink may:

  • Review the reported content
  • Review relevant account activity
  • Request additional information
  • Restrict access to content while it is reviewed
  • Remove content
  • Warn a member
  • Restrict account features
  • Require verification
  • Temporarily suspend an account
  • Permanently terminate an account
  • Prevent attempts to circumvent enforcement
  • Preserve relevant records
  • Cooperate with lawful investigations
  • Make reports to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law

The action taken will depend on the circumstances, available information, applicable law, and the nature and severity of the reported conduct.

17. Report Status and Follow-Up

CoyWink may send confirmation that a report or removal request has been received.

For certain removal requests, CoyWink may provide a report or reference number that can be used in future communications about the request.

We may also contact you if additional information is necessary.

Where appropriate or required by law, we may notify you regarding the outcome or status of your request.

Privacy, security, legal, or safety considerations may prevent CoyWink from disclosing every action taken against another member.

18. Evidence Preservation

CoyWink may preserve information associated with reports, removed content, accounts, communications, or enforcement actions when reasonably necessary for:

  • Compliance with law
  • Responding to legal process
  • Safety investigations
  • Preventing fraud or abuse
  • Protecting CoyWink or its members
  • Documenting enforcement decisions
  • Responding to law enforcement
  • Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims

Removing content from public or member access does not necessarily mean that all associated records are immediately deleted from CoyWink's systems.

19. False Reports

Do not knowingly submit false or fraudulent reports.

This includes:

  • Falsely claiming to be depicted in content
  • Falsely claiming to represent another person
  • Fabricating evidence
  • Knowingly submitting false statements
  • Using the reporting system to harass another member

A report submitted in good faith does not violate this rule merely because CoyWink ultimately determines that no violation occurred.

20. Retaliation

Do not threaten, harass, expose, intimidate, or retaliate against someone because you believe they reported you or your content.

Retaliation may constitute a separate violation of CoyWink's Community Guidelines and may result in additional enforcement action.

21. Reporting Does Not Transfer Ownership

CoyWink's decision to remove, restrict, restore, or retain content does not necessarily determine:

  • Copyright ownership
  • Whether a crime occurred
  • Whether consent legally existed
  • Whether someone is civilly liable
  • Whether another person's legal rights were violated

CoyWink may make moderation decisions necessary to protect our community and comply with applicable law without resolving every legal dispute between the people involved.
