CoyWink (“CoyWink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an adult social and lifestyle community for adults interested in kink, alternative relationships, sexuality, self-expression, and related lifestyles.
We recognize that participation in an adult community may involve information that is highly personal or sensitive. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how and why we use it, when it may be disclosed, how long it may be retained, and the choices and rights available to you.

5. Profiles and Community Content
CoyWink is a social community. Information you intentionally publish or share may be visible to other members, depending on the feature and the visibility you choose. Member content is never shown to visitors who are not signed in.
This may include:
- Profile information
- Photographs and videos
- Posts
- Comments
- Reactions
- Group participation
- Event participation
- Activity visible to other members
- Other content you choose to share
Your privacy settings affect how certain information is displayed, but they cannot prevent another person who legitimately receives or views information from copying, recording, screenshotting, downloading, photographing, or redistributing it.
CoyWink cannot guarantee that information you share with another person will remain private or be used only as you intended.
Use caution before sharing your legal name, home address, workplace, financial information, identifying photographs, intimate media, or other information that could identify you outside CoyWink.
6. Private Messages
CoyWink may provide private or direct messaging.
Messages may be stored and processed on our systems or those of our service providers to deliver messages, maintain the service, protect users, investigate reports, and comply with legal obligations.
Unless CoyWink expressly states otherwise for a particular feature, you should not assume that private messages are end-to-end encrypted.
Authorized personnel or service providers may access or preserve messages when reasonably necessary to:
- Investigate reports of abuse, harassment, threats, fraud, exploitation, or illegal activity
- Enforce our policies
- Maintain or secure the service
- Protect members or others
- Respond to valid legal process
- Comply with applicable law
Access to private communications is intended to be limited to circumstances reasonably necessary for these purposes.
7. Intimate Images and Nonconsensual Content
CoyWink does not authorize the posting or distribution of intimate images or other sexual content involving another person without that person's consent.
We may provide reporting and removal mechanisms for intimate images or videos that were shared without the depicted person's consent, including qualifying digitally created or altered content.
Where required by applicable law, CoyWink will maintain a process through which affected individuals may request removal of qualifying nonconsensual intimate visual content.
Reports concerning nonconsensual intimate content should be submitted through CoyWink's designated reporting process or by contacting support@coywink.com.
CoyWink may preserve information associated with reported content when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, abuse prevention, evidence preservation, or cooperation with lawful investigations, even after the content is no longer publicly accessible.
8. Age, Identity, and Account Verification
CoyWink may use age, identity, photo, phone, email, or other verification methods to protect the community and confirm eligibility or account authenticity.
Depending on the verification method, we or a verification provider may process:
- Date of birth or age information
- Government-issued identification
- Photographs or selfies
- Phone or email verification information
- Verification results
- Device or fraud-prevention information
- Other information reasonably necessary to perform verification
If biometric information is used for identification or verification, we will provide additional disclosures and obtain consent where required by applicable law.
Verification information may be separated from ordinary profile information and retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for verification, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or other disclosed purposes.
Third-party verification providers may process information on our behalf subject to their contractual obligations and applicable law.
9. Location Information
Certain CoyWink features may use location information.
Depending on the feature, this may include an approximate location inferred from your IP address or a more precise location that you choose to provide or authorize through your device.
We will request permission before accessing device-based precise location information where required.
Because revealing a person's location can create heightened privacy and safety risks in an adult community, we encourage members to carefully consider whether and how they use location-based features.
Where required by applicable law, we will obtain consent before processing precise geolocation information and provide applicable controls for withdrawing that consent.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
CoyWink and service providers acting on our behalf may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies.
These technologies may be used to:
- Keep members signed in
- Remember preferences
- Authenticate accounts
- Maintain security
- Prevent fraud and abuse
- Measure service usage
- Diagnose technical problems
- Improve performance
- Understand how CoyWink is used
Where required by law, we will provide appropriate choices regarding non-essential cookies or similar technologies.
Browser settings may allow you to block or delete certain cookies. Doing so may prevent some CoyWink features from functioning properly.
11. Analytics and Advertising Technologies
CoyWink may use analytics or measurement providers to understand service usage, performance, and technical issues.
With your consent, CoyWink uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how the service is used. It does not load until you accept measurement cookies, and you can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings”. For most pages we send Google only the type of page you viewed (for example, “a profile page”, never whose); public venue-directory pages are reported by their address. On the first page of a visit we also send any campaign tags in the link you followed and the domain of the site that sent you. We send a limited list of actions such as signing up or publishing a post, and the device, browser and coarse location information Google derives from your visit. We never send your messages, profile or journal content, your username, email, or any account identifier, and Google Signals and ad personalisation are turned off. Google Analytics data is kept for two months.
Because CoyWink may process information concerning highly sensitive adult interests and activities, we seek to limit unnecessary disclosure of sensitive account, profile, messaging, and intimate-content information to advertising or analytics providers.
If CoyWink uses technologies that constitute a “sale,” “sharing,” targeted advertising, or similar regulated activity under applicable privacy law, we will provide disclosures and opt-out mechanisms as required by law.
CoyWink does not knowingly authorize third parties to use private messages, private intimate media, or sensitive profile information for their own independent advertising purposes unless we clearly disclose that practice and obtain any consent required by law.
12. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Systems
CoyWink may use automated systems, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies to help operate and protect the community.
These systems may assist with:
- Spam detection
- Fraud detection
- Account security
- Detection of automated or abusive behavior
- Content moderation
- Detection of potentially prohibited content
- Prioritization of reports for review
- Identification of suspicious patterns
- Platform safety
Automated systems can make mistakes. Where appropriate, flagged content or accounts may be reviewed by authorized personnel before or after enforcement action.
If third-party providers process information for these purposes, we seek to contractually restrict their processing to authorized services and require appropriate confidentiality and security protections.
Where applicable law provides rights concerning certain automated decision-making technologies, we will provide required notices and choices.
13. When We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed when information is collected.

- Comply with applicable law

Business Transactions
Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction.
Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice concerning such a transfer.
14. Law Enforcement and Government Requests
CoyWink may require valid legal process before disclosing member information to law enforcement or government authorities unless disclosure is otherwise permitted or required by law.
We may review requests for legal sufficiency and may reject, narrow, or challenge requests that we reasonably believe are invalid, overly broad, or otherwise improper where legally and practically appropriate.
Where legally permitted and appropriate, we may notify an affected member before disclosing information so that the member has an opportunity to seek legal protection.
We cannot guarantee advance notice and may be legally prohibited from providing notice.
Nothing in this section prevents CoyWink from responding to legally valid emergency requests or other disclosures permitted or required by law.
15. Selling and Sharing Personal Information
CoyWink does not sell personal information for monetary compensation as part of its ordinary business model.
Certain disclosures involving advertising, analytics, cookies, pixels, or similar technologies may nevertheless be legally considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws even when no money is exchanged.
Where such laws apply to CoyWink's activities, we will provide legally required disclosures and opt-out mechanisms.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information concerning individuals under 18.
16. Payments
If you purchase a membership, subscription, product, or other paid service, payment information may be processed by a third-party payment processor.
The payment processor may collect information such as your name, billing address, payment-card information, or other information necessary to process the transaction.
CoyWink may receive transaction information such as:
- Transaction amount
- Transaction status
- Subscription status
- Payment method type
- Transaction identifiers
When payment processing is handled entirely by a third-party payment provider, CoyWink generally does not need to store complete payment-card numbers on its own systems.
17. Data Retention
We retain information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for legitimate operational, security, legal, and compliance purposes.
Retention periods may depend on:
- The type and sensitivity of information
- How long an account remains active
- The feature through which information was collected
- Fraud and abuse-prevention requirements
- Security requirements
- Legal obligations
- Applicable statutes of limitation
- Pending disputes, investigations, or legal claims
After information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or de-identify it.
Information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, disaster-recovery systems, fraud-prevention records, or other systems where immediate deletion is impractical.
18. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your CoyWink account through available account settings or by contacting support@coywink.com.
Following a valid deletion request, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account, subject to applicable exceptions.
We may retain information where reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with law
- Maintain security
- Prevent fraud or abuse
- Prevent banned users from circumventing enforcement
- Investigate safety incidents
- Resolve disputes
- Enforce agreements
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
Content shared with other members may not disappear from copies independently saved, downloaded, screenshotted, or redistributed by those members.
19. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the information we process.
Depending on the systems involved, safeguards may include:
- HTTPS/TLS encryption during transmission
- Encryption of certain stored information
- Authentication protections
- Access controls
- Restricted administrative access
- Security monitoring
- Logging
- Backups
- Fraud and abuse detection
- Vendor access restrictions
No website, application, database, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and should not reuse your CoyWink password on other services.
If you believe your account or information has been compromised, contact support@coywink.com promptly.
20. Security Incidents and Data Breaches
If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we may investigate the incident, take steps to contain and remediate it, preserve appropriate evidence, and notify affected individuals, regulators, law enforcement, or others where required by applicable law.
The timing, method, and content of any notification will depend on applicable legal requirements and the circumstances of the incident.

California residents may submit applicable requests to support@coywink.com or through privacy controls we make available.
23. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain other states may have privacy rights under applicable comprehensive state privacy laws.
Where those laws apply to CoyWink, we will provide required rights and protections, which may include access, correction, deletion, portability, consent requirements for sensitive information, and rights to opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, profiling, or other processing.
Some jurisdictions require affirmative consent before certain sensitive personal information is processed. CoyWink will seek such consent where legally required.
24. International Users
CoyWink and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
If you access CoyWink from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose privacy laws differ from those of your jurisdiction.
Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for international transfers, we will use appropriate measures.
Availability of CoyWink in a particular country does not necessarily mean that every CoyWink feature is legally available in that jurisdiction.
25. Third-Party Websites and Services
CoyWink may contain links to websites, services, or content operated by third parties.
CoyWink does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties. Information you provide directly to a third party is governed by that third party's policies and practices.

29. Important Privacy Reminder
CoyWink is an adult social community where members may choose to share highly personal information.
No privacy setting or technical safeguard can completely prevent another person from saving, copying, recording, screenshotting, or redistributing information they are able to access.
Before sharing identifying information or intimate content, consider what could happen if that information were seen outside your intended audience.
CoyWink encourages members to protect their identities, use strong and unique passwords, review their privacy settings, and carefully consider what information they disclose to other members.
