Welcome to CoyWink.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CoyWink, including www.coywink.com and the features, services, communications, communities, profiles, content, and other services we make available through CoyWink (collectively, the “Service”).

CoyWink is an adult social and lifestyle community intended for adults interested in kink, alternative relationships, sexuality, self-expression, and related lifestyles.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and CoyWink.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING COYWINK.

By creating an account, accessing CoyWink, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use CoyWink.

1. Adults Only

CoyWink is strictly for adults.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction to create an account or use CoyWink.

By accessing or using CoyWink, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • You are legally permitted to view adult content where you live.
  • Your use of CoyWink does not violate applicable law.

Anyone under 18 is prohibited from accessing or using CoyWink.

CoyWink may request proof of age or require age or identity verification at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe the account belongs to or is being used by someone under 18 or if age requirements cannot be satisfactorily verified.

2. Zero Tolerance for Sexual Content Involving Minors

CoyWink has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”), sexual exploitation of minors, or sexualized content involving minors.

You may not upload, post, transmit, request, solicit, distribute, link to, describe for sexual gratification, or otherwise make available:

  • Sexual images, videos, or recordings involving anyone under 18.
  • Sexually explicit AI-generated, digitally altered, illustrated, or simulated content depicting or purporting to depict a minor.
  • Content sexualizing an identifiable minor.
  • Content promoting or facilitating sexual activity with minors.
  • Requests for sexual content from or involving minors.
  • Content facilitating grooming or sexual exploitation of minors.
  • Material otherwise prohibited by applicable child-safety laws.

You may not upload sexual or nude content of yourself that was created while you were under 18, even if you are now an adult.

CoyWink may immediately remove such content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information, and make reports to appropriate authorities or organizations when required or permitted by law.

If you encounter suspected sexual exploitation of a minor on CoyWink, immediately report it to support@coywink.com.

3. Accounts and Registration

Certain CoyWink features require an account.

When creating or maintaining an account, you agree to provide information that is accurate where CoyWink requires accurate information, including age or verification information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.

You may not:

  • Allow another person to use your account.
  • Sell, rent, transfer, or give your account to another person.
  • Create an account for someone else without authorization.
  • Impersonate another person or organization.
  • Create deceptive or fraudulent accounts.
  • Create additional accounts to evade a suspension, restriction, or ban.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law.

Notify us promptly at support@coywink.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Adult Content

CoyWink may contain sexually explicit, suggestive, graphic, fetish-related, or otherwise adult-oriented content.

By using CoyWink, you understand that you may encounter content involving sexuality, nudity, kink, BDSM, alternative relationships, sexual discussion, or other adult themes.

The presence of content on CoyWink does not mean CoyWink endorses, recommends, approves, or verifies that content.

Members are responsible for deciding what content and interactions they are comfortable viewing or participating in.

5. Consent Is Required

Consent is fundamental to CoyWink.

You may only upload, distribute, or publish intimate or sexual content depicting another identifiable adult when you have that person's permission to do so and have the legal right to publish the content.

Consent to participate in sexual activity does not automatically constitute consent to photograph or record that activity.

Consent to being photographed or recorded does not automatically constitute consent to publish or distribute that content.

Consent to share content privately does not automatically constitute consent to publish it publicly or distribute it outside the intended audience.

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all permissions legally necessary for content you upload.

CoyWink may request information reasonably necessary to evaluate whether consent exists.

6. Nonconsensual Intimate Imagery

CoyWink prohibits nonconsensual intimate imagery.

You may not upload, post, distribute, threaten to distribute, solicit, or otherwise make available intimate content depicting another person without the legally required consent.

This prohibition includes, where applicable:

  • Photographs
  • Videos
  • Recordings
  • Secretly recorded intimate content
  • Content originally created consensually but later distributed without consent
  • Digitally altered intimate imagery
  • AI-generated intimate imagery or deepfakes depicting an identifiable real person
  • “Nudified” images
  • Other intimate visual depictions covered by applicable law

CoyWink maintains a process for requesting removal of qualifying nonconsensual intimate imagery.

Requests may be submitted through CoyWink's designated reporting process or by contacting support@coywink.com.

CoyWink may remove content, restrict distribution, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, prevent re-uploading, or take other action where appropriate or legally required.

7. Member Conduct

CoyWink is intended to provide adults with a place to connect and express themselves while respecting the privacy, consent, safety, and boundaries of others.

You agree not to use CoyWink to:

  • Harass, stalk, bully, intimidate, or threaten another person.
  • Encourage violence or credible threats of violence.
  • Publish another person's private identifying information without authorization.
  • Dox another member.
  • Blackmail or extort another person.
  • Threaten to expose someone's sexuality, sexual interests, relationships, identity, communications, or participation in CoyWink.
  • Distribute another member's private messages without authorization where doing so violates applicable law or CoyWink rules.
  • Share another member's photographs or content outside CoyWink without authorization.
  • Impersonate another person.
  • Engage in fraud or scams.
  • Engage in sexual exploitation.
  • Engage in human trafficking or sex trafficking.
  • Solicit or facilitate illegal sexual services.
  • Facilitate illegal activity.
  • Promote or facilitate sexual activity involving minors.
  • Upload malicious software or code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
  • Scrape, harvest, crawl, index, or systematically collect member information without written authorization.
  • Use bots or automated systems to create accounts or interact with CoyWink without authorization.
  • Collect member information for commercial research, marketing, surveillance, facial recognition, AI training, or other unauthorized purposes.
  • Circumvent security, moderation, privacy, blocking, or access-control features.
  • Interfere with CoyWink's operation or infrastructure.
  • Violate applicable law.

8. Privacy of Other Members

CoyWink members may disclose information they would not disclose in other environments.

You agree to respect the privacy of other members.

Without appropriate authorization, you may not publish or distribute another member's:

  • Legal name
  • Home address
  • Workplace
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Financial information
  • Government identification
  • Precise location
  • Private photographs
  • Private videos
  • Private communications
  • Sexual or relationship information
  • Other nonpublic identifying information

You also agree not to use information obtained through CoyWink to harass, threaten, embarrass, expose, discriminate against, or otherwise harm another person.

9. Offline Interactions

CoyWink allows adults to communicate and potentially meet each other.

CoyWink does not conduct comprehensive background checks on every member and does not guarantee the identity, intentions, criminal history, truthfulness, safety, compatibility, or conduct of any member.

Verification indicators, if offered, confirm only the specific information CoyWink states they confirm. They are not endorsements or guarantees that a member is safe, trustworthy, compatible, or truthful.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to communicate with or meet another member.

Exercise appropriate caution when interacting with people you meet online.

CoyWink is not responsible for agreements, relationships, encounters, communications, or interactions between members except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

10. User Content

“User Content” means photographs, videos, audio, text, profiles, posts, comments, messages, event information, and other material submitted through CoyWink by members.

You retain ownership of User Content you own.

CoyWink does not acquire ownership of your User Content merely because you upload it.

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or possess all rights necessary to submit it.
  • Your submission does not violate another person's copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.
  • Every person depicted in sexual or intimate User Content is an adult.
  • You have all legally required permissions to publish or distribute the content.
  • The content complies with these Terms and applicable law.

11. License to User Content

To operate CoyWink, you grant CoyWink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, format, resize, encode, process, and otherwise use your User Content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and provide the Service.

This license permits activities necessary to operate an online platform, such as generating thumbnails, resizing photographs, encoding videos, creating backups, delivering content to authorized viewers, and processing content for security and moderation.

This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to CoyWink.

Unless you separately authorize it, CoyWink does not receive the right under this license to sell your private intimate photographs or videos as standalone content or use them to advertise CoyWink outside the Service.

When you delete User Content, the license associated with that content will generally end after the content is removed from active systems, except where continued storage or processing is reasonably necessary for backups, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement, or other lawful purposes.

12. Private Messages

CoyWink may provide private or direct messaging.

Messages labeled private are intended for communication between the designated participants. Unless CoyWink expressly states otherwise, private messages should not be assumed to be end-to-end encrypted.

CoyWink may preserve or access communications when reasonably necessary to operate the Service, investigate reports, enforce these Terms, maintain security, protect members, or comply with law.

Additional information regarding message processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Content Moderation

CoyWink may, but is not obligated to, review, monitor, screen, restrict, remove, disable, preserve, or investigate User Content or accounts.

CoyWink may use human moderators and automated technologies to assist with moderation, fraud prevention, spam detection, account security, age-safety measures, and detection of prohibited content.

CoyWink does not guarantee that every violation will be detected or removed immediately.

The existence of moderation systems does not relieve members of responsibility for their own content or conduct.

14. Enforcement

CoyWink may take action when we reasonably believe these Terms, our policies, applicable law, or the safety of CoyWink or its members have been violated.

Actions may include:

  • Warning a member
  • Removing content
  • Reducing content visibility
  • Restricting features
  • Temporarily suspending an account
  • Permanently terminating an account
  • Preventing creation of additional accounts
  • Preserving information
  • Reporting conduct to appropriate authorities when required or permitted by law

CoyWink may consider the severity, frequency, context, and potential harm associated with conduct when determining an appropriate response.

Serious violations may result in immediate termination without prior warning.

15. Reporting Violations

If you believe content or conduct violates these Terms, please use any reporting tools available through CoyWink or contact:

Reports involving suspected minors, child sexual exploitation, credible threats, human trafficking, nonconsensual intimate imagery, or other urgent safety issues may receive priority review.

Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular enforcement decision.

16. No Vigilante Enforcement

Members should use CoyWink's reporting mechanisms to report suspected violations.

You may not use CoyWink to organize harassment, threats, doxxing, intimidation, or coordinated abuse against another member, even if you believe that person violated CoyWink's rules.

CoyWink reserves responsibility for enforcing its platform policies.

17. Commercial Activity and Solicitation

CoyWink may establish rules regarding commercial accounts, advertising, promotions, events, creators, businesses, professional services, or other commercial activity.

Unless expressly permitted by CoyWink, members may not use CoyWink primarily for unsolicited commercial solicitation, spam, mass marketing, or unauthorized advertising.

CoyWink may restrict or remove commercial content that violates our policies.

Nothing in these Terms permits the solicitation, sale, purchase, or facilitation of illegal goods or services.

18. Prostitution, Trafficking, and Illegal Sexual Services

CoyWink is a social community and is not a marketplace for illegal sexual services.

You may not use CoyWink to:

  • Buy or sell illegal sexual services.
  • Arrange transactions involving illegal sexual activity.
  • Recruit another person for sexual exploitation.
  • Facilitate prostitution where prohibited by law.
  • Engage in or facilitate human trafficking or sex trafficking.
  • Exploit another person for commercial sexual activity.

CoyWink may report suspected trafficking, exploitation, or other serious illegal conduct to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

19. Prohibited Transactions

You may not use CoyWink to advertise, sell, purchase, exchange, or facilitate transactions involving goods or services prohibited by applicable law or CoyWink policy.

This includes illegal drugs, stolen property, counterfeit goods, illegal weapons, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or other illegal goods or services.

CoyWink may establish additional marketplace or commercial restrictions as features evolve.

20. Payments and Subscriptions

CoyWink may offer paid memberships, subscriptions, features, or other purchases.

Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation procedures, and refund eligibility will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

If a subscription automatically renews, CoyWink will provide disclosures and cancellation mechanisms required by applicable law.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize applicable charges associated with purchases you make.

Except where otherwise stated at purchase or required by law, fees already paid may be non-refundable.

CoyWink may change pricing for future billing periods upon appropriate notice where required.

21. Third-Party Services and Links

CoyWink may contain links to third-party websites, services, events, businesses, or resources.

CoyWink does not control independent third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, products, services, privacy practices, security, or conduct.

A link or reference does not necessarily mean CoyWink endorses the third party.

Your dealings with third parties are between you and the third party.

22. Intellectual Property

CoyWink and its associated software, designs, branding, logos, graphics, interfaces, text created by CoyWink, and other proprietary materials are owned by CoyWink or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of CoyWink intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit CoyWink's proprietary technology or materials except as expressly permitted by law or authorized by CoyWink.

23. Copyright and DMCA

CoyWink respects intellectual property rights.

If you believe content available through CoyWink infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement notice to CoyWink in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

Notices should contain the information required by applicable law, including sufficient identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, appropriate good-faith and accuracy statements, and your physical or electronic signature.

Until CoyWink publishes a separate copyright reporting procedure, copyright inquiries may be sent to:

CoyWink may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

24. Nonconsensual Intimate Content Removal Requests

CoyWink provides a process for requesting removal of qualifying intimate images or videos distributed without the depicted person's consent, including qualifying digitally altered or AI-generated imagery.

You do not need to be a CoyWink member to submit a qualifying removal request.

Requests may be submitted through CoyWink's designated removal process or to:

CoyWink will process qualifying requests within the time required by applicable law.

Submitting intentionally false or fraudulent reports is prohibited.

25. Feedback and Suggestions

If you voluntarily submit suggestions, ideas, feedback, feature requests, or recommendations concerning CoyWink, you agree that CoyWink may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

This provision does not give CoyWink ownership of your ordinary User Content.

Do not submit confidential business information through feedback channels unless CoyWink has expressly agreed to receive it confidentially.

26. Service Availability

CoyWink may add, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features or portions of the Service.

We do not guarantee that CoyWink or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

You are responsible for maintaining copies of content that is important to you.

CoyWink is not intended to serve as your sole storage or backup service.

27. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COYWINK AND THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

COYWINK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND AVAILABILITY.

COYWINK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE OR ERROR-FREE.
  • ALL CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE.
  • EVERY MEMBER IS WHO THEY CLAIM TO BE.
  • EVERY MEMBER WILL BE SAFE OR TRUSTWORTHY.
  • EVERY POLICY VIOLATION WILL BE DETECTED.
  • MEMBER INTERACTIONS WILL BE SAFE OR SATISFACTORY.
  • CONTENT WILL NEVER BE LOST OR ACCESSED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THESE DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

28. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COYWINK AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO:

  • YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE COYWINK;
  • USER CONTENT;
  • MEMBER CONDUCT;
  • COMMUNICATIONS OR INTERACTIONS BETWEEN MEMBERS;
  • OFFLINE MEETINGS OR RELATIONSHIPS;
  • THIRD-PARTY SERVICES;
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO AN ACCOUNT;
  • LOSS OR DELETION OF CONTENT;
  • SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS; OR
  • OTHER MATTERS RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COYWINK'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO COYWINK DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR $100.

THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.

29. Member Disputes

CoyWink is not a party to relationships, communications, arrangements, encounters, transactions, or disputes between members.

You are responsible for your interactions with other members.

CoyWink may investigate conduct occurring through the Service and enforce its policies, but we are not obligated to mediate private disputes between members.

Nothing in this section prevents CoyWink from taking action where we believe a member has violated these Terms or poses a risk to the community.

30. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CoyWink and its owners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from or relating to:

  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your User Content.
  • Your violation of another person's rights.
  • Your unlawful use of CoyWink.
  • Your conduct toward another member.

CoyWink reserves the right to control the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to reasonably cooperate with that defense.

31. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using CoyWink at any time.

CoyWink may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access when we reasonably determine that:

  • You violated these Terms.
  • You violated another CoyWink policy.
  • Your activity creates a safety or security risk.
  • Your activity creates legal exposure for CoyWink or others.
  • Your account is fraudulent or deceptive.
  • Continued access is inconsistent with the integrity or operation of the Service.

Serious violations may result in immediate termination.

Following termination, provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including provisions concerning intellectual property, licenses where continued retention is permitted, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

32. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account through available account settings or by contacting support@coywink.com.

Account deletion does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every record associated with your account.

Information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement, backups, or other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

33. Electronic Communications

By using CoyWink, you agree that CoyWink may provide notices and communications electronically.

These may include communications concerning:

  • Your account
  • Security
  • Verification
  • Billing
  • Moderation
  • Reports
  • Policy changes
  • Legal notices
  • Service changes

We may provide communications through email, account notifications, or notices displayed through the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address associated with your account.

34. Changes to These Terms

CoyWink may update these Terms as the Service, applicable laws, or our practices change.

When updated, we will revise the “Last Updated” date.

For material changes, we may provide additional notice through CoyWink, email, or another appropriate method where required by law.

If applicable law requires affirmative consent to a change, we will request that consent.

Your continued use of CoyWink after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

35. Governing Law

These Terms and disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or CoyWink will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

36. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a formal legal claim, you and CoyWink agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

A party seeking informal resolution may contact the other party with a written description of the dispute and requested resolution.

Notices to CoyWink may be sent to support@coywink.com.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency or injunctive relief where legally appropriate.

Any arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, jury-trial waiver, venue requirement, or other mandatory dispute-resolution procedure adopted by CoyWink will be provided in accordance with applicable law and incorporated into these Terms where appropriate.

37. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permissible or severed where necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

38. No Waiver

CoyWink's failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

A waiver of one provision or violation does not constitute a waiver of another provision or violation.

39. Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without CoyWink's prior written consent.

CoyWink may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, change of control, or other lawful business transaction.

40. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies or terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and CoyWink concerning your use of the Service.

If additional terms apply to a particular feature, those additional terms will control with respect to that feature to the extent of a conflict.

41. No Partnership or Agency

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, franchise, or agency relationship between you and CoyWink.

43. Acknowledgment

By creating an account or using CoyWink, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and agree to these Terms.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You understand CoyWink contains adult-oriented content.
  • You are responsible for your own User Content and interactions.
  • You will respect the consent, privacy, and legal rights of other members.
  • You will not upload or distribute sexual content involving minors.
  • You will not distribute intimate content of another person without legally sufficient consent.
  • You will comply with applicable law and CoyWink's policies.
